The light-filled living and dining area with adjoining, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, dining, and spending time together. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
All rooms open onto the large balcony, where you can soak up the afternoon sun and admire the lovely green views.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, offering plenty of comfort for families or small groups.
The garden with its idyllic swimming pond is easily accessible from the house and available for your shared use. Relax, enjoy nature, or cool off by the water on warm days.
For extra relaxation, you can use our infrared sauna, available for an extra fee.

Cons: Straße vor dem Haus war etwas laut.

Cons: Leider haben wir nicht die Wohnung ( Bodensee) in der 1. Etage bekommen die wir reserviert hatten. Wir wurden in der 2. Etage untergebracht. Der Vermieter ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein, obwohl er gesehen hat, das wir eine gehbehinderte Person mit hatten. mfg Gerd Elle
