Enjoy a comfortable and stylish mountain escape in this above-standard, nicely upgraded 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo, located within walking distance of the Canyon Lodge Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. With space for up to 6 guests, this inviting retreat is perfect for families or small groups looking to be close to the action while enjoying a cozy place to unwind.
The primary bedroom features a charming log-style queen bed, while the enclosed loft (open only at the stairwell) offers two sets of log-style bunk beds—ideal for kids or extra guests. The living room includes a comfortable leather sofa with a twin sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
The main level includes the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft provides extra sleeping space and a second full bathroom. The condo spans approximately 1,050 square feet and showcases mountain-inspired décor, hardwood floors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
This upstairs unit is accessed through an enclosed interior hallway in the Chamonix C Building. Two outdoor parking spaces are included, and a large storage closet at the end of the hallway makes it easy to stash skis and winter gear.
After a day on the slopes or trails, relax by the gas fireplace (not wood-burning), stream your favorite shows on one of the two flat-screen TVs (located in the living room and loft), or stay connected with Wi-Fi.
Guests also enjoy access to Chamonix's resort-style amenities, including a recreation room with a large-screen TV and reading area, ping pong and foosball tables, sauna, hydro spas, a seasonal summer swimming pool, and a summer BBQ area. Coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located near the main office.

This was the second time we stay at this condo. Just as last time, our stay was enjoyable and very comfortable for our family of four. The condo was very clean, as was the kitchen and two bathrooms. It is in a great location, walking distance to the slopes. Parking was convenient; we could see our car from our balcony. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We hope to stay here again in the future.👍

Nice condo with lots of pots and pans and dishes, although I have no idea how anyone could use the top bunks since there was no ladder.
Hot tub was pretty far, especially in snow.

Let me start by saying the original property we reserved was beautifully upgraded and we were extreme satisfied. Unfortunately we found out the next morning the refrigerator wasn’t working. Management offered us a small “dorm room” fridge to get us through but we were staying for a week and it wouldn’t hold all of our food. So they moved us to a larger unit which was great, but it looked as if it hadn’t been touched since the early 70s. It was clean but needed a lot of upgrading including that fridge also (took 24 hours to get to 40 degrees) and especially the toilets (barely flushed). It took us a few hours to move all our clothes, gear, food, etc. to the other unit. All that being said, we made the best of it, and I do want to say management was extremely helpful, responsive, and really tried to help out as best they could. We would stay here again, but maybe verify that all applications have been checked and are working. This was the only reason I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 4-5 stars.
