Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when it is not needed.
Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.

Living Waters was beautiful. A very private location away from the cruise ships and crowds of the West end. If you appreciate nature, then look no further. Private dock was perfect for launching snorkeling excursions. Best, Alex

Delsi was very welcoming and met us at the airport, got us to Eldon’s the grocery store and then Escorted us to the propertyWhat a road to travel for an hour!!

This is our second stay at Living Waters, and it continues to exceed our expectations. As always, the communication with the owners/managers is prompt and complete. They help with every aspect of the trip - from transportation to recommendations and excursions. Deysi and Lannie are always excellent and deliver outstanding service and attention. Anything you need, they're there to help you find it. Dulce and Lisa were great as always and delivered some great meals throughout the week.Looking forward to the next trip!

House is nice but just be aware that there is no generator so on our stay we were without power for 2 seperate days which is ridiculous for what they charge for the home per night…..there is also a electric fee tacked on the end which we used very little that still ran an additional 320.
