This amazing oceanfront home named "Looney Dunes" has everything you need and more to have the best vacation ever! Wake up to the calming sounds of the ocean and take full advantage of this 4,100-square-foot oceanfront beach home with 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 7 king beds, one twin bed, and 2 bunk beds.
2024 updates: New 2-tier rear deck, 11 new Smart TVs 43"-85", new King beds w/ new bedding, many interior updates. New LVP flooring, renovated upstairs master bath w double vanity, new upstairs half bath, new kitchen pantry, removed popcorn ceilings & fresh interior paint!
2025 updates to include: 2 additional new full bathrooms to make this home 8BR/8BA & brand new pool side tiki bar.
The main floor has panoramic views of the ocean, with open concept kitchen, living room, dining room and kitchen nook. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast bar and seating. The living room has plenty of natural sunlight, cathedral ceilings, with fans and hardwood floors throughout. There is a gorgeous new sectional couch, and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The dining room and nook are spacious and comfortable, with lots of board games for the whole family to enjoy.
Your entire family will revel in all the amenities this beautiful home has to offer. Take advantage of the private in-home mini theater room with a 85" TV, surround sound, and seating for 9 adults. Spend time with family or friends playing pool while others in your party play cards at the 6 person poker table or making drinks at the wetbar. A total of 11 Smart TVs were added to this home in February 2023, including a new 65" Smart TV in the main living room.
There is something to do for everyone at Looney Dunes! Relax by the large private pool, unwind from a day at the beach in the six-person hot tub, chill out on the sunroom porch, or soak up rays from the large furnished sun decks. This property has a pool that can be heated for $600. When pool heat is purchased, heaters are set to 85 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is open April 1st - October 31st.
Take a leisurely stroll to the ocean, only steps away. A charcoal grill is ready to grill up the fresh catch of the day. With a spacious great room, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decor, Looney Dunes welcomes those that would like to escape to the perfect island getaway.

needs some TLC. Tattered screens, mold on 1st & 2ndfloor. No mixer, even though we had asked about ability to bake before we booked.

We had a great week at Looney Dunes! The house was fantastic. Having a bathroom for each bedroom (most en suites) was amazing! The house was squeaky clean. The bathrooms were up to date and nice! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The theater room was enjoyed by all. The hot tub was very popular and had such an easy to use cover. No one needed help to wrestle it on and off. The pool is a nice size and fairly deep. The deck area and outdoor furniture by the pool was in good shape, sturdy and there was enough for everyone to enjoy being poolside. The pool deck lighting was great too. And everything in the house was in working order. We didn’t find broken or unable to use features or items. We brought our pup and he enjoyed the vacation along with us! Would recommend!

The house is huge, and the steps are many. The bedrooms are large and roomy. It was really nice sitting on the back decks and listening to the waves crash onto the beach, which you have easy access to the beach from the house. Perfect view of the sun rising.

For the cost it really didn’t meet my expectations. Arrived for our early check in and it wasn’t ready. I understand that happens but if they are cleaning that long it should be clean. The garbage cans were overflowing at the road. On can blew sideways in a storm and the trash people wouldn’t pick it up. The rug in the main living area should have been thrown away 2 seasons ago. The grass was long and un kept looking the only one near us. Also found roaches and fleas but they did say the people before us destroyed the house. The closeness to the beach awesome and all the kids had a blast in the pool. If I was asked would I stay there again maybe would be a truthful answer.
