Appartement Résidence Héliotel

Great location , 5 min walking to the beach. Big swimming pool. Clean apartment with many appliances.

1. The reception treats guests differently- hotel and residence guests. As i booked through residence, i felt very uncomfortable- the reception refused to provide whatever we asked for. No tennis rockets, no baggage storage - only for hotel guests. It was very disappointing and very unfair. The owner of the apartment had to inform in booking details all of this. The reception and hotel staff were rude, no one spoke english. Just because the apartment was nice and we spent most of our time on the beach, we didn't let it spoil our holiday.

I know the address so well as we were here last year. This property is a private rental which I did not realize. The hosts does not speak english but she is there on hand when I text her.

I understand its private. Maybe next time, they should provide generously white crisp beddings in all accommodation not just in the main bedroom, towels (not old dirty blue!), free leaflets info from tourism of activities around and instruction how to obtain the gate pin code, nearest bakery etc. The cupboard next to the room with bunkbed are not properly cleaned! The curtain fell down on the second day, tried to fix it but cant. They can generously provide the wifi access but we're told to pay for it. Though We responsible left the place very clean!
