Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been enjoying this space and especially its location going on four years now. It seemed cleaner this stay than previous stays, which I appreciate. The mold and mildew will continue to be ongoing issues until the long wet winters are somehow addressed, but all in all, my family looks forward to getting together here every year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would feel more comfortable speaking to the homeowners directly. Professionally speaking, I feel there are some minor investments that could be made to make this property shine. I spent a few hours the morning before my guests arrived cozying up the spaces. I felt that requesting $200 per guest was steep considering the condition of the cabins. -if the homeowners would like my feedback, I would encourage them to contact me directly. I would love to help them make this place even more dreamy. Other than that, we love Camp One as a family. This is our second time staying here and have it booked again next summer. It works for us, but it may not for others.
