The home features a chic outdoor dining table with a BBQ and a gated driveway. There are (2) workstations, (4) 55" smart TVs, (2) fully equipped kitchens, and high-speed internet two blocks away from Miami Design District, 0.5 miles away from Wynwood, 3 miles to Miami Beach, and 4 miles to MIA Airport.

The neighborhood provides easy access to major highways and is a short drive from the iconic Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, making it a prime location for both relaxation and exploration. Enjoy the convenience of being close to local parks and cultural attractions while experiencing the dynamic energy of Miami.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
