This gem is only a mile off I75, close to stores and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood with a pond in the back yard where you can feed the ducks, watch the squirrels and birds and fish off the dock.
It's a whole-house rental with a private enclosed back yard with a fire pit, screened in dock and a swing seating dock. The pool and hot tub and Blackstone grill is on a screened-in back porch.
The 3 bedrooms have a K, Q and Full beds and TV in each room. Sleeping 6 total . 2 full bathrooms with walk in shower and shower-tub.
The office supply a separate work space, fitness area with yoga mat and weights and a pet station with a ped bed and water bowl.
The kitchen has a coffee nook, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you might need for your stay.
The living and dining area is one large, open room with comfortable electric reclining seating and a large screen tv.

We had an excellent stay! The house was spotless—immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it’s clear the host takes great pride in keeping the space welcoming and pristine.The host was incredibly accommodating—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and easy, making our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with a host who truly cares about your experience. Very nice property owner and the home sits in a really pretty spot, however the bathroom floor is all broken up and the house was not clean. Small details like the showers and baseboards were dirty, but when you rent enough VRBO's you notice. A little updating and cleaning and it would be wonderful!
