About this apartment rental
This luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1900 square foot double condo is centrally located in downtown Paducah across the street from Maiden Alley, the Carson Center, and the Market House Theater. Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants.
The space
The space is a beautiful open concept condo that reminds me of a soho loft. It has 1900 square feet of space so you’ll have plenty of room- but it still feels comfortable and cozy. While there are no doors on the bedroom spaces, the long hallways provide plenty of privacy. There is a private gated courtyard just off Maiden Alley for outdoor entertainment. The condo is perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, and businesspeople.
There is a free public parking lot behind the building you are welcome to park at. There is also free street parking on Kentucky Avenue.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire 1900 square foot loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the gated outdoor courtyard.
Other things to note
The condo is located on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb a flight of stairs.
Please note: There is a security camera outside the building that faces the outdoor patio and back parking lot. The camera is for our guest's security as well as the security of the businesses below.

Julie was wonderful to work with and the unit was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble finding the unit so additional signage might be helpful but otherwise everything was great.

Here’s the deal…this place is amazing! The condo itself is incredibly well-decorated and cool. The host has gone over and above with special touches to make you feel welcome. They style is cool and even the young adult traveling with us declared it “super cool”. The location is perfect. One block from the river. Just around the corner from the downtown shops and restaurants. If you want to stay in downtown Paducah, this is the place!
