This property is in an excellent location: easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Location is quiet and very safe. Parking on the street worked well as long as you move your car for street cleaning one morning a week. This is a small apartment: the bathroom is very nice with a new shower. The kitchen is very small and has only a few forks and spoons - we ended up mostly eating out and just stocked the fridge with juices and yogurt. The bed was comfortable but the bedding needs to be replaced: Sheets seem to slide off the mattress and the mattress cover was old and worn. The AC works great: very welcome when the temperature rises over 90 degrees during the day! The host was very friendly and always gave us our privacy.

The property was very well maintained. The studio house was very clean and quiet. Our host, Joseph, was amazing. He checked on us frequently and even added railings to the front entrance when he saw my husband struggling with the stairs. I would highly recommend!

Joseph and Rick were the best hosts ever; so kind, welcoming and accommodating. I even used his spa services to have him trim my hair!The apartment is small, but private and pleasant, and has good closet and storage space. There are two separate outdoor spaces; one with table and benches, a reading nook at ground level where it’s pleasant to have morning coffee.The location is within walking distance of many conveniences, including a Von’s grocery store, a small park and numerous restaurants and, of course, that Los Feliz vibe.I had an excellent 6-week stay, and look forward to booking again.
