About this house rental
This home, built by the predecessor owner in 1972, is very close to the River, although you cannot see it through the trees. It is situated on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott.
The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out.
There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses.
The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away with several restaurants, bars, coffeeshop and grocery store . Enjoy beautiful sunset along the river, easy access public boat ramp, bike and snowmobile trails throughout. 20 minutes drive to Afton Alps. 15 minutes to wineries and apple orchards. 35 minutes to Treasure Island.
*There are 3 security cameras on the premises by the front entrance, parking area, and patio door.

This was a great, comfortable home. We spent Christmas here with our out of town family. It couldn’t have been better! The kitchen was well equipped to easily make meals. The kids loved the game room and there was plenty of gathering space. Very clean. The host was easily available. I highly recommend this home.

Entire house was very clean. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen with new appliances. Nespresso and keurig machines and pods.
