The accommodation: Large 2-room apartment with cabin of 45m² for 6 people located on the fourth floor with elevator in the residence Les Gentianes, building C, in Puy 1800. Balcony with a beautiful view of the valley and located 150m from the ski slopes.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen area: electric hob, dishwasher, microwave grill oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine and crepe maker. A bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), window and a cupboard. A cabin area with window and two bunk beds with cupboard. A spacious living room equipped with a TV and a pull-out sofa. New bedding for each bed. You will find a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The advantages of this rental in the mountains: You have a balcony with a nice view of the valley. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. A ski locker is available with this apartment. Take advantage of the shared upper parking lot.
Practical information: Composed of 4 wooden and stone buildings located at the top of the family resort of Puy Saint Vincent 1800, with a breathtaking view of the Pelvoux Glacier, the Écrins National Park and the Vallouise valley, free shuttles to go down to the shops. Many activities near the residence. With a 75km ski area, located between 1400m and 2750m above sea level, Puy Saint Vincent offers beautiful ski slopes and a whole range of outdoor activities in winter and summer.
Tenants like the location close to the ski slopes, and its indoor swimming pool.
The cleaning is to be carried out by you. If this is not carried out, the sum of €70 will be requested by the concierge service.
A welcome kit containing: 1 sponge, 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 absorbent cloth, 1 toilet paper, 1 floor cleaner, 1 floor cloth, 1 shower gel, 1 cotton pad, 1 magnet as a gift.
