Rustic cottage "Dat Litsche Hus", from the 18th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 apartments in the property. In the resort Ober-Ochtenhausen, 2 km from the lake, 700 m from the river, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'500 m2, large garden with trees, meadow, courtyard. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lounge, table tennis, table football, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), bicycles available. Parking at the house. Bus stop 200 m, lake Moorsee 2 km. Please note: suitable for families. On the estate animal husbandry. Pony rides for children (8-10 years) available by arrangement. In the entrance area of the holiday home there is a 70 m² common room with several seating areas, sofas, fireplace, piano and stereo system for communal use. Visible ceiling beams, old tiled and stone floors and some antiques are skilfully combined with modern living comfort.

Ein herrlicher Urlaub, ruhig erholsam und herrlichen Zielen in der Umgebung. Super Vermieter, man fühlte sich, als wenn man sich schon ewig kennt.
