About this house rental

Bright and airy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom updated townhome. 1 bedroom downstairs with bathroom en-suite. Fully equipped kitchen and tv's in all bedrooms .
The kids will love the communal lazy river and water slide while you sit back and enjoy the rays.
Regal palms is close to Disney attractions.

There is Resort fee 20$ + tax not included in the booking amount for each night and will be paid to the resort.

We throughly enjoyed staying here! Our toddlers absolutely loved the pool at the regal palms resort. Was able to communicate with the property manager easily and very fast to reply!

We enjoyed our stay at the Regal Palms. The property was about 30 minutes from the DisneyWorld Parks. Dee was able to help us out with some minor entry issues quickly and efficiently.

Residence is roomy. Kitchen is small. Dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived. Dirty plates in cabinet had to be rewashed. Utensils and pans were cheap, around $20 for all the mismatch utensils from a garage sale. Very disappointed with the pots, pans and utensils. Living room Roku worked part of the time. Bedrooms were nice and clean. One walk-in shower in master bedroom upstairs. Great gated neighborhood. Nice location. Recommend manager spending upgrading kitchen utensils.
