About this house rental
Relax with the family at this peaceful escape. Close enough to downtown Sandpoint, far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the picturesque country setting of the Selle Valley.
This cozy home is 15 minutes from the base of world class ski resort, Schweitzer; 15 minutes from downtown Sandpoint. Enjoy shopping downtown, taking breaks to enjoy the wonderful local restaurants. Head to the beautiful lake Pend Oreille for a swim, or go for a hike on one of the many local trails.
When you arrive, stay to the right-hand side driveway. One covered parking spot pulls up to the front entry area; and there is plenty of room for additional parking if needed.
The blue door will have a key pad on it, which will grant access to the house. House is located upstairs; there is a shop on ground level, which is not included in the rental.
Owners live on the property, in a separate residence. For winter guests, who may want a cozy fire, owners may be available to help.
The property is used for a very small hobby farm; depending on the season, there may be animals present. Animals may include: chickens, pigs, goats, and dogs. Please do not interact with the animals without owner permission.

We had a great 3 day get away from our normal rush and bustle for our 54th anniversary! Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed being in the woods, but with all the benefits of a nicely appointed home. If you are looking for a quick getaway, this is the place!
