About this villa rental

Beautiful sustainable farm with large private pool, different furnished outdoor areas to enjoy the climate of Mallorca.



The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) surrounded by grass, which invites children to play and sunbathe on the loungers.



Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the upper terrace, furnished with a large table where you can eat with family or friends. For grill lovers, a large rustic outdoor barbecue, an area to cook the best outdoor meals. Large outdoor chill out area to enjoy moments of calm and a wooden table located near the pool.



Spacious and bright living-dining room, with satellite TV, wifi and beautiful panoramic views. The property has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, and two with 2 single beds. One bathroom with bathtub in the house, and another bathroom with shower, outside next to the pool.



Equipped for 6 people, the property offers the necessary amenities for pleasant vacations.



Sustainable farm equipped with solar panels, for a more respectful electricity consumption.



Located in a quiet area, but just a few minutes by car from everything you need. 2 kilometers from restaurants and supermarkets, and 13 km from the magnificent beach of Puerto de Alcudia, known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Lovely time at this villa, very lucky to see two different types of Eagle flying around the farmland, it’s very rustic so do not expect a modern interior, very clean, nice swimming pool, but is not suitable for young children as very deep in most parts of pool. Swimming pool was not cleaned during the week, so we were constantly fishing out large quantities of wasps morning and afternoon. Not very well signposted. Living Room was too hot even with curtains closed and fans on, as was more like a conservatory, but appreciate it was a very hot week.

The surrounding nature is really beautiful and here you can experience the real Mallorca. Our hosts were very friendly and made every effort to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
