About this house rental
Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath 1600 sq. ft. home located on natural desert home site in central foothills close to all services but very private setting. Queen bed in master, single bed in bedroom 2, hide a bed couch in bedroom/den 3 plus hide a bed in living room. Separate formal and also informal dining. Covered patio looks onto natural desert rear yard that is very private due to backing to a desert wash with heavy vegetation. Two car garage. Stunning mountain views of the 9,000 ft Catalina's. Close by access to national forest hiking trails which our guests love.

A minimum rental period has been specified in order to respect the upper end highly desirable location where the home is located. The rental rate is conservative compared competitive rates in order to attract longer term occupants. Hopefully we have provided an opportunity for winter visitor guests that is unmatched in terms of location, convenience, comfort and natural beauty. Tucson is much more comfortable during the summer than generally appreciated so we have adjusted the rate and will now offer the home during the summer months to the delight to those who choose to visit during this rare and enjoyable period of the year. My husband and I stayed for a week in this house. The backyard was unique and beautiful. There was a lot of outdoor furniture so we could sit out and enjoy the birds and wildlife we saw. The inside of the house had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, W/D, comfortable bed, and plenty of room. Everything was clean and they even left paper towels and toilet paper. It was not a fancy house but it was perfect for our vacation and we would return without hesitation.

The home is large and very clean! Great place for a family to stay! The area is beautiful, safe and secluded due to the surrounding vegetation which we loved! Weather was great the whole time we were there.
