In the district of Spiaggia 1.1 km from the centre of Bibione-Spiaggia, 13 km from the centre of Lignano, 100 km from the centre of Venezia, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 27.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: bicycle rental. Linen change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Shop 550 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 21 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6.5 km. gut: Lage, Nähe zum Swimmingpool, Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, Garage (im Haus) und Stellplatz, Waschmaschine.schlecht: kein Wäscheständer, kein Sonnenschirm, Bodenwischer kaputt, kein Putzmittel vorhanden, keine Mückenschutzgitter am Fenster und Terrassentür (große Mückenplage)
