The first upper floor is home to an expansive living and dining room of 100 square metres, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. This level also features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. Direct access to a 50 square metre terrace is available from this floor.

The ground level also includes 1 bedroom fitted with a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower with WC, and air conditioning. On the second upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms.
