Private Gulf Breeze of Vanderbilt gated access community 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo unit on the top floor (11th) of building 25. Each floor of Gulf Breeze consists of only 6 units, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The beautiful unit boasts views of the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning sunset views from the lanai.. Building 25 is located approximately 1/3 mile from the Vanderbilt beach access point as well as Wiggins State Park.
Condo features a spacious lanai accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, furnished with a four-seat table and chairs. The living room, located directly off the lanai, offers comfortable seating for four. There is also additional seating in the inside dining area and at the kitchen countertop. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for meal preparation.
-The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. It opens up to the lanai, providing immediate views of the gulf.
-The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a dresser, and ample closet space.
Use of one designated unit parking spot, as well as access to guest parking. Also, WIFI and in unit double stack washer & dryer.
Gulf Breeze amenities include:

- Two pickleball courts

- A communal gas grill area with outdoor seating located by the pool.
Also included, on the first floor in locked storage are:
Beach Chairs, umbrella, small cooler and Beach buggy to transport items to the beach for a wonderful day.
Guests renting for two consecutive full months will receive a $1,500 discount on the total rental amount. Additionally, those who rent for three consecutive full months will be eligible for a $3,500 discount on their total rental amount.
Bluebill Property Association approval process is required prior to first day of contract. Application will be send after booking dates are approved.
Guest list: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
