Beautiful resort "Les Cottages Varois". 112 apartments in the residence. 800 m from the centre of Solliès-Toucas, 13 km from the centre of Toulon, 24 km from the centre of Hyeres, in an elevated position on a slope, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 6 ha with trees, natural garden, swimming pool (250 m2, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Children's pool, table tennis, boccia, children's playground. In the complex: reception, bistro, sauna, steam room (all extra), spa area for shared use (extra), washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at 200 m on the premises. Shop 800 m, bus stop "3 Sollies" 2.7 km, railway station "Solliès Pont" 3 km, sandy beach "Baie de la Garonne" 18 km.
