This newly appointed post and beam three bedroom three bath retreat checks every box for your perfect Smoky Mountain getaway. The open Great Room consists of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets, that opens to a spacious living room with a floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace, oversized flat Smart TV, reading area, and a wall of windows facing a beautiful mountain view. Enjoy family meals together at the large banquet table, as well additional seating at the adjacent kitchen bar. Outdoor gathering space is bountiful with a large screened porch and open deck, complete with patio furniture and outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. There is a King bedroom on the main floor, which is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower combination. Upstairs features a large King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, that also has a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub, facing mountain views. A hidden children's room is accessible through this bedroom and provides four Twin size beds. The loft area provides a quiet reading nook that has a Queen size sleeper sofa. The bottom level provides a large den, game room, mini-kitchen, gas fireplace, and a third bedroom with Queen size bed. There is another large Smart TV in the Den comfortable sofa and love seat. There is also another covered deck with private full size hot tub and patio furniture. This home is ideal for guests that need access to everything on the main floor without steps, including a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining area, and living room. Guests of this property may enjoy access to the swimming pool and 24 hour fitness center for a small fee, which is located at the Wild Laurel Golf Course, less than three minute drive from this home. Please note, for your health and safety, this property is a Non-Smoking property both indoors and outdoors. While staying at this home, guests will have access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee.

This was a great home base for our family vacation to the area. Very clean, well appointed, plenty of room for the group and the bear viewing in the area was incredible.
