For shared use: property (fenced) with meadow. 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Como" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Parco Valle Albano, Lake Como Adventure Park, Gravedona.
