You will be immediately charmed by the view from the living areas as well as by the veranda, a true asset of the house, ideal for spending peaceful moments whilst enjoying the horizon.
The garden, for its part, will undoubtedly become one of your favourite places to enjoy the fine weather, whether it's to sunbathe or savour some good barbecues.
The proximity of the beaches is another asset of this accommodation: you will only need to take a few steps to enjoy the pleasures of the seaside.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The lounge and dining room will invite you to share good meals and moments of conviviality. You will also find an independent kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious dishes for your family or friends. It includes: gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The night section is located upstairs, divided into three bedrooms:
- The first with a queen size bed (160).
- The second with a double bed (140).
- The third is equipped with two single beds.
All the rooms are welcoming and their original parquet flooring gives them an authentic charm.
For your comfort, the house also includes a bathroom, a shower room with a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine at your disposal. A barbecue is also available, and a parking space is reserved for you in front of the garage.
