The Space:
Step into a beautifully designed studio that seamlessly combines functionality and elegance. The open layout features a cozy queen-size bed with high-end linens, a plush seating area, and a sleek, fully-equipped kitchenette perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the tasteful decor. The modern bathroom boasts a spacious shower and premium toiletries, ensuring a spa-like experience every day.
Guest Access:
The backyard and studio are yours; it has keyless entry and a fence/gate off the driveway. We will be away on vacation (we have a property manager to help if you need something). Towels, bedding and basic kitchen supplies are provided. We have strong internet for working from home. Note: the backyard is visible from the main house: the upstairs of the main house is one unit, we have long-term tenants up there. The ground floor of the main house will have occasional house/cat-sitters.

Nestled in the lively Capitol Hill neighborhood, this studio offers the perfect base to explore Seattle. Stroll through tree-lined streets to discover eclectic boutiques, trendy cafes, and gourmet restaurants. Volunteer Park, with its beautiful conservatory and scenic walking paths, is just a short walk away. Experience the vibrant nightlife with an array of bars and live music venues nearby.
Getting Around:
Transportation is a breeze with multiple options at your disposal. The studio is conveniently located near several bus stops, and the Capitol Hill light rail station is within walking distance, offering quick access to downtown Seattle and beyond. For those driving, street parking is available, and ride-sharing services are readily accessible.
Other Things to Note:
This is the perfect setup for a couple new to Seattle who would like to ‘test out’ Capitol Hill, a visiting professor at the UW, professionals in town for visiting nurse work or an internship at Amazon or Microsoft, or a family needing to relocate for the summer due to construction.
Cat lovers take note: we have two lovable friendly cats that live in the main house (they do NOT live in this listing space). They are very sweet and have been known to swing by for some loving, if you’re interested in that! They are polite and will stay out of the studio if you tell them no! They are the friendliest, relaxed cats you'll meet. Come love on them!

We had a wonderful time at this little urban oasis. The accommodations is basically a casita/tiny house with bedroom loft. Kitchenette has a sink/microwave/mini fridge and hot plate to cook food, along with coffee/tea supplies. Lovely garden to sit outside and soak up some sun or watch the rain fall. Conveniently located but also a quiet neighborhood to relax and recharge. Not the best choice for those with mobility issues since the staircase to bedroom loft is unusual. Personally found it charming but people with balance/coordination problems may struggle.

We were in town for a concert at Benaroya hall. This rental was centrally located, with easy walking to restaurants and a grocery store. Also very close to public transit for a bus ride downtown. The unit was clean and tidy.

The studio was perfect. We had a busy couple of days in Seattle, the studio was great to sleep, shower and go. Well located on bus routes, great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
