Beautiful, cosy country house "Alexandre", built in 1892, surrounded by meadows and fields. 800 m from the centre of La Chapelle-Saint Sauveur, 7 km from the centre of Pierre de Bresse, outside the resort, 40 km from the centre of Beaune, in a secluded position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, pond, swimming pool (above ground) (4.50 m diameter, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.).
