Very comfortable cottage "Cascina", from the 19th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 15 km from the centre of Alba, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 100 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wir kennen und lieben das Piemont schon seit einigen Jahren und waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem schönen Haus und es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein! Traumhafte Lage, extrem gastfreundliche Vermieter, alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben gar nichts auszusetzen.
