The "Dawg House" townhouse is a new construction and only 1.2 miles from campus.
The split level accommodations are perfect for sharing with multiple families and ideal for game weekends, business trips or to gather with friends and family. Downstairs, you will find the comfortable living room that offers space to watch the game or relax for the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and the bar area will seat three. The open floor plan adjoins to the dining area and comfortably seats six. The cozy master bedroom and bathroom are located down the hall from the kitchen. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms with a bathroom located in each.
Also upstairs, there is a den area with a couch and twin bed with a pull-out trundle that will sleep two. This property has a gas grill located on the back patio, perfect for game day prep and also access to a shared green space to enjoy the sunshine. Clean well furnished home. Safe and secure. New construction, with new appliances and ample room to host a group of 4- 8 people comfortably. Would definitely book again for next visit if available.

This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and we love the location to campus. This unit is very nice being on the end. My son loved have a big side yard to throw football in. Very clean, loved having the grill to do dinner one night. Will stay again.
