Private, beautifully presented and bathed in sunshine from its perfect north aspect, it boasts spacious interiors, indoor/outdoor entertaining and lovely leafy outlooks as well as a water glimpse.The kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, both bedrooms include built-in robes, there is a bathtub in the bathroom and the apartment comes complete with a single lock-up garage. Kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable, clean, sparsely decorated but basics mostly there. Bathroom small but clean with bath. Hot water in shower erratic. Close to Balmoral Beach (would have appreciated beach towels being provided) and shops. Is basically one property back from Military Rd and balcony looks out through trees to 7/11 service station and the cars on Military Road, which is a busy, major road. No table or chairs on balcony. Only one towel each for a 5 night stay, no luggage racks for suitcases, bed linen quality though not bad enough to be uncomfortable, is clearly budget quality, is on the top floor with no lift. Biggest issue is the size and the difficulty of getting into the garage. We parked on the street most nights; just too nerve wracking trying to back into the space without scratching the rental car. Overall we were happy with our stay but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
