Tignes Val Claret: In the shopping centre. Residence "Le Grand Tichot A et B (Val Claret)". In a central, busy position, 100 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, central heating system. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café 10 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 150 m, ski rental 10 m, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isère 100 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room apartment 32 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), TV. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm.

l'appartement est plus spacieux que ce que laissent paraître les photos, l'aménagement est optimisé, même si déco et ameublement vieillissant. La température de la salle de bain est un peu froide mais un chauffage d'appoint est à disposition. seul bémol: le bruit le soir; musique et éclats de voix de la rue principale .

Appartamento abbastanza grande ...frigo piccolissimo..bagno datato ... illuminazione dell' appartamento scarsa...se si accende cucina e cappa la corrente salta.... peccato perché con pochi accorgimenti sarebbe molto funzionale...la cucina è talmente piccola che se apri la lavastoviglie non ti puoi muovere..

Malgré la décoration vieillissante, l'appartement est très agréable. Le lit gigogne est confortable, tout est très propre et en très bon état. Il y a un balcon. Il est très bien situé et lumineux. L'isolation phonique est légère et l'on peut entendre un peu les voisins. Rien de dérangeant néanmoins.
