A small house on the city's historic wall

This house, built in the 1920s, has been lovingly renovated. The 100 m2 house spans two floors and offers plenty of space for four guests. The spacious terrace attached to the house is directly accessible from the kitchen and is furnished with a table and chairs. Bicycles can be stored in a secure, locked area.

The two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located on the first floor, while the living room and open-concept kitchen are on the ground floor. The staircase is not suitable for small children, so bookings are made at your own risk. A washer and dryer are available in the basement.

The medieval town of Höxter is a popular starting point for cyclists; the R1 cycling trail is in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Godelheimer Lake, with its recreational facilities, is 2 km away, and the Corvey Castle World Heritage Site is 2.5 km away. In the Solling region, you can observe native wildlife across 50 hectares of unspoiled countryside. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy on the Weser River with canoe and kayak tours.

Höxter is served by a rail line between Kreiensen and Paderborn. By car, the B64 runs through the city. Within the city, guests can use the Holibri Shuttle with its on-demand service.
