Beautiful cottage, 2 storeys, semi-detached. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Bellissimi 4 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 13 km from the centre of Imperia, on a slope, 11 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: well-kept garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 200 m from the house. 200 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Haus Dol 281 sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Lage ist etwas schwierig, da oft keine Parkplätze im Dorf vorhanden waren und der Weg zum Haus mit Gepäck oder Einkäüfen sehr schweißtreibend ist. Zu wenige Liegestühle vorhanden am Pool.

Haus und Garten/Pool sind hübscher, als auf den Bildern. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren durch die Kommentare auf den Anstieg zum Haus (ein bisschen Sport, auch für Kinder ok) und die Mücken (Autan und Antimücken–Stecker und Räucherspiralen) eingestellt –kein echtes Problem. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, zum Wäscheset gehören neben Bettwäsche auch ausreichend Handtücher, die nach einer Woche gewechselt wurden. Der nette und hilfsbereite Verwalter kommt jeden Tag vorbei und man kann ihn auch anrufen, wenn es kurzfristig ein Problem gibt. Reisetipps: Am frühen Abend geht die Sonne am Pool weg, dann ist es schön, an den Strand zu fahren, z.B. in San Lorenzo al Mare. Der freie Strand ist dann auch leerer und man kann noch essen gehen und ein bisschen Trubel haben – am Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Radtour auf der Pista Ciclabile (ehemalige Bahntrasse) von San Lorenzo al Mare bis nach Ospedaletti – auch für Kinder gut zu schaffen. Auch Ausflügeauf die französische Seite sind schön, z.B. Menton oder Roquebrune. Wir haben auch Feste – Essen & Tanzen – in den umliegenden Dörfern besucht – das Fahren auf den sehr schmalen, kurvigen Straßen erfordert manchmal etwas Nerven.
