Powder Ridge #10B is a newly renovated Alta condo with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two additional half baths, a loft den, an inviting indoor hot tub with expansive mountain views, and plenty of room to spread out and switch to vacation time.
The open plan great room features soaring vaulted ceilings, walls of glass overlooking the mountains, and all the home comforts needed for a memorable vacation in Utah's top alpine destinations. Relax in front of the fireplace, share home-cooked meals around the table, step outside for alfresco BBQs on the deck, or ski home from Alta and enjoy a soothing soak in your private indoor hot tub. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, modern kitchen essentials, gorgeous granite counters, and extra seating at the bar if required. You can always call our concierge for a private chef – after all, you're on vacation!
The upper level loft area offers the ultimate chill zone for families and friends. There's a TV to catch up on your favorite movies and shows, an exercise area to stay fit on vacation and warm up your ski legs, and a home office to stay connected if needed. PARKING: There is outdoor uncovered parking for one vehicle only. The garage shown is only used for ski storage, not parking.

How do I get from the Powder Ridge to Alta? The Powder Ridge properties are the only true Alta ski in/ski out condominiums. From the Powder Ridge driveway, you can ski across a very short cat track to access the Wildcat/Collins base area. At the end of the day, you can utilize this same cat track to return or you can ski down an advanced run to your front door.
There are a couple of different ways to get to Snowbird from Powder Ridge. You can either jump on the Alta Resort Shuttle and take it to its last stop, which would be The View Condominiums. From there, you can ski down an intermediate access path to reach the Snowbird Resort Area. You may also ski to the Alta Peruvian Lodge from Powder Ridge via a couple of different snow bridges in Alta, and hop on the UTA Ski Bus, which will take you down to Snowbird as well. These shuttles are free within the Alta/Snowbird area and loop the area continuously during day time hours.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The property manager did a great job. The location was super clean and had amazing views. It was a bit of a walk for skiing but was within walking distance from Alta and a short shuttle ride to snowbird.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Such a great place.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you may need. Beautiful views and easy access to slopes, although as indicated in the description you need to push yourself quite bit on a catwalk to the nearest lift and the ski-in part is a black diamond slope . The communication and support from Alta Chalets was outstanding. We had a small issue that required some help and our caretaker Josh was there within a few minutes. Thank you! I highly recommend this property.

Five of us rented Powder Ridge #10B for four nights, and if we were back in the Alta area again, it would be our first choice.
The unit is spacious and well laid out. The open living room, kitchen, and hot tub were great for socializing. The living room and dining room have large windows with great views of the mountains and the resort. There is a second living room upstairs that we didn't really use but it would be great for kids or anyone wanting some quiet time away from the group. The furniture, bedding, and towels are all high-quality and the kitchen is well-stocked.
Additionally, the Alta Chalet team gets A+ for service. Lauralee's assistance, responsiveness and knowledge helped make this vacation a fabulous one. Thank you! On-site, Josh was always available to help. They are really a great team.
