About this house rental
Welcome to Sunshine Canal! Come and enjoy our newly furnished modern home on the water with sunshine all around the house! This house is right on the canal perfect for fishing, boating and other water activities, with an enclosed pool perfect for kids to enjoy all day long while you lounge around and enjoy the sunshine!
Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It is located on a private side of the house away from all other rooms. It has a queen sized bed, it’s own bathroom, giant walk-in closet, TV with cable, and a glass sliding door that overlooks the pool.
Room 2: This is large bedroom with 1 queen sized bed with a TV with cable, it shares a hallway bathroom, and has sliding glass door that overlooks the pool.
Room 3: This is a large bedroom with 1 queen sized bed, it shares a hallway full bathroom.
Room 4: This is the dining area perfect for large family gatherings.
Room 5: This is the living room with a TV with cable and large seating area for the whole family to enjoy.
Room 6: This is the modern kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Sliding glass window allows for interaction with the pool area and could serve as a indoor/outdoor bar area for parties!

– Plenty of Pots/Pans/ Plates and Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
