Above Poggi 1 km from the centre of Poggi, 2.5 km from the centre of Imperia, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 900 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. 150 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4 km pebble beach "Baia Salata" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km.
