Each of the four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with brand-new furniture and premium linen for a comfortable stay. The villa's open-plan living area flows into a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for socializing and enjoying meals. Outside, you'll find a private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and sun loungers for relaxation. The villa also includes a laundry room and a car park for one vehicle, with additional parking available within the project. Enjoy 24/7 security for added peace of mind. Located in the sought-after Layan area, the villa is just 3.5 km from the beach and a 10-minute drive to Boat Avenue. Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, all four bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, and the private car park. Enjoy complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

The villa is nestled within a secure, private villa compound, surrounded by other villa projects in a rapidly developing area. You'll find a variety of amenities nearby, including Tops Supermarket and Family Mart for your grocery needs. For relaxation, the fantastic Amla Spa is close by. Dining options abound, with excellent restaurants such as Project Artisan and Romyang Restaurant within easy reach.
Getting Around:
We are happy to help arrange car or motorbike rentals for your convenience. For getting around Phuket, the Grab Taxi application is available and very convenient.
Other Things to Note:
• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.
• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.
• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.
• A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.
• The base rate covers up to 8 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 8 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 8 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
