This brand new 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is a luxurious coastal retreat with a prime location on the second row, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and sound. The interior is bright and spacious, with an open-concept design that is perfect for entertaining guests or just relaxing with family. And nothing beats a private pool and hot tub.
The home features two master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are also well-appointed, offering plenty of space and natural light. There are 5 king sized beds total . There are multiple balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding coastal landscape. There are also two separate family rooms, each with its own unique character, perfect for movie nights or game days.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and sleek quartz countertops. A large island with a sink provides ample space for meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests. The outdoor dining table, facing the sound side, provides the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with family and friends.
This unit is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring a spacious open-concept layout and modern amenities. The unit is also equipped with an elevator, making it easy to move between floors.
For outdoor recreation, the home features an outdoor shower, a bar area, and a large deck with plenty of space for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. There's also a ping pong table, foosball, and cornhole for your enjoyment with a large connect four board on the wall. The downstairs family room even has a Xbox gaming system, making it the ultimate space for fun and games.

Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.
Pool Access:
The swimming pool is only available between April-October. The pool heater is available only during April, May, and October. A small additional fee of $100 is added to each reservation during these months.
Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.
Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs.
Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.

The house was amazing and our family had a great time. Easy access to the beach and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home just a short walk from the beach! Everyone enjoyed spending half the day at the beach and half the day at the pool. Perfect size home for our large family gathering.

The house and location were wonderful and perfect for catching sunrise and sunset and easy walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the property needed more attention. It did not appear to be professionally cleaned. The hot tub, bathrooms and showers had hair in them that was not ours. The dishes were not properly cleaned and the refrigerator smelled of rotten shrimp so much our food smelled. The bunk beds were insanely wobbly and we considered unsafe for our children to sleep on which was one of the reasons why we booked so that was disappointing. The house was wonderful but could use more attention to detail for cleanliness at the price point.
