Private: natural state property 10'000 m2. Bathing place. Rowing boat. 140 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house at 150 m. Shop 16 km, supermarket 25 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 73 km. Fishing possibilities 15 m. Nearby attractions: Setesdal 25 km, Grimstad 65 km. No running water in the house.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings). Simple dry toilet.
