"La Dimora sul Mare" is located on Bari's seafront, just 2 km from the city center and old town.
The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 55" smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, dishwasher, crib, and high chair. Private parking can be arranged on request (available for an extra fee and subject to availability), and paid public street parking is also available. Pets are not allowed. The building has two elevators.

Loved our balcony overlooking the beach! The apartment is huge. Plenty of space and well stocked with basics for a short stay. Milk, juice, coffee, water and snacks were very nice to have! The breakfast bread was delicious. We also ordered dinner in one evening from Dario’s restaurant and it was DELICIOUS !Dario was very helpful and accommodating when arrival time kept changing and always available for advice. The only thing I can think of that would have been handy was a beach towel, but that is easy enough to pack! I definitely recommend this modern well equipped apartment!

We had a really good stay at Dario’s apartment. Everything is exactly as it appears in the listing, and he was very helpful and responsive to communicate with. He even brings homemade baked goods, which is a lovely touch!The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the historic downtown. Make sure to visit that too.

Very clean and updated apartment with exceptional view and great location. It was quiet and convenient to get to Old Bari town.
