Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! Absolutely beautiful home with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was awesome, the bed was super comfortable, and we had such an amazing romantic getaway. Would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Very nice hosts only complaint is the mattress was awful very worn out would highly recommend it be replaced, if the bed was comfortable it would have been a completely different experience

Our stay was wonderful! The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed! Space was clean and had beautiful views!

Beautiful property. The views were breath taking and very serene. Very comfortable and clean space. Plenty to keep us busy. Our host was very welcoming. Check in was at 4:00pm, we got there maybe 10-15 minutes early. The host welcomed us over to check out the property outside as they finished cleaning and prepping the house for us. While on our walk around the property we did notice some dog poop left behind in the yard which we told them about before we came in just so they knew it wasn’t us that left it behind. They welcomed us in about 4:15-4:20pm to wait downstairs and to get our things inside as they finished cleaning/prepping upstairs. Not a big deal but it did delay us a little bit from when we were expecting to be eating dinner, feeding our dog and getting settled in for the night after our ride up. My understanding is they had 2 night stay guests (we also stayed 2 nights) before us that checked out the same day we checked in so that is what may have caused the delay. We were given an excellent run down of what the area offered, a tour of the house and the dos and don’ts which I found to be helpful to remain respectful of their space. I think it was worth the money spent here and we do hope to return.
