Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Host was fabulous to communicate with. Location was wonderful. Biggest issue for our group of 4 couples was that the bathroom info in the listing was inaccurate. It is only 3-1/2 baths rather than 4 baths.

Beautiful home, incredibly spacious and perfect for a large family. We especially loved the views from the giant windows (lots of wildlife visitors) and the toys downstairs for the kiddos.

The description of the property matched the pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location! Nice to have a hot tub, and the game room was great!
