Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Brand new LR furniture, including a sleeper sofa. LR is equipped with large flat screen TV. Full bath with tub/shower. We stayed at this property for 2 months and greatly enjoyed the location which was moments from the beach. The facilities in the condo were good and the living area was newly refurbished and refurnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. I liked the ample countertop with 4 cushioned bar chairs which allowed us to eat or work there in comfort. My communication with the owner was always helpful and pleasant, the couple of issues which arose (ringing smoke alarm and broken blinds) were dealt with within hours and we had no issues after that. For myself the only downside was the washing facilities as there is only 1 washer and dryer shared amongst the condos and it required 16 quarters to operate both meaning a number of trips to Publix to ask for change as we could not download the app onto our English phones as they did not accept our country code. However, this was a minor issue. I would certainly recommend this condo for a beach stay.

We rented the second floor condo that was advertised. The day we were supposed to move in, we were told that we would be put in a different condo, on the first floor. It was not as nice as the one that was advertised, and, as urban dwellers, we were not happy about being on the first floor. We also could not get the remotes on the tv to work. Management was good about contacting us and responding to issues. It was okay.

This is a one bedroom - completely modernized - very nice furniture in the living and bedroom. Granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, and a great location.... 3 min walk from the beach.... Half a block to A1A (Ocean Drive), and another half block to the beach, down NE 10th Street..... I was VERY happy here. Unit comes completely outfitted with full kitchen, TV, Wifi, etc.....

This property is just 2 blocks from the pompano air park. Small, noisy planes taking off fly almost directly over the bldg every 15 min on average. A/C units situated behind the bldg are also noisy. Walls are thin. Could hear neighbors phone conversations and tvs. Bed was comfortable. Power went out 2x. Once for a short time. Another for a few hours because the construction people working on the bldg next door cut the lines. Other than that its an ok place.

Had a wonderful time at this property just down the street from the beach. Everything you need is there including beach chairs and umbrellas. Check in was a breeze and Guiseppe responded quickly to any of my questions. I will definitely be returning!
