This five-bedroom home, valued at over $1.4 million, offers ample space with multiple balconies, two living rooms, and a chic kitchen, all curated with a modern, elevated design. The garage features a ping-pong table, and the large lot is surrounded by trees, offering unobstructed vistas and a great sense of privacy and seclusion.

- Steep, windy road and gravel driveway. House is at a high altitude and can receive inclement weather in the winter. 4x4 is highly recommended during the winter months. Roads could become impassible during snow/ice events.
- Please note that the driveway is a little narrower than regular.
- Please note that no cameras are aimed at the hot tub/pool.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The home is accessed by a one-way, steep gravel driveway. When arriving for the first time, please drive slowly and carefully, especially as you approach the incline.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

View was beautiful. Having the turkey pan and baster left on the counter was a nice touch. Ice in the freezer was appreciated. Property seemed a little tired. Some paint would help the kitchen cabinets. Info about how curvy and steep the road was would have been helpful.

We had an amazing time at the Ciel property. The views were spectacular and the pool + hot tub were well maintained. The property was well stocked with anything we could have needed; towels, cooking supplies and even some pool floats left over from previous guests… LOL. The property owners were efficient in responding to any questions we had and they even gave some recommendations on local favorites. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a group getaway. We are so thankful for the Avant team for having us. They even had a little welcome basket for our arrival. While the road leading to the property is quite windy, we had no trouble ordering transportation via the AVL Ride app. I could not be happier with the whole experience, thank you, Avant Stay for a wonderful weekend filled with memories I will never forget!

A quirky, comfortable spot with an extraordinary view of Asheville from a lovely deck (or pool or hot tub). Feels remote/private but also close to everything. It made for a relaxing getaway with our family.
We had some encounters with bears trying to break into trash cans and a few bold raccoons -- nothing out of the ordinary for the area, just something to be aware and mindful of especially if any of your guests are children.
