On the upper floor, the property offers 3 bedrooms, all characterized by charming sloping ceilings. The first bedroom features 2 beds and opens onto the balcony, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each also feature 2 beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements across the floor. The upper floor is further served by a bathroom and an additional separate WC. Carpet flooring adds a warm and cozy feel throughout the upper level. The outdoor spaces include a balcony and 2 terraces, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, making them ideal for relaxing in the open air.
