The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious vacation rental that accommodates up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, its central location in the Central Ore Mountains makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and measures approximately 127 m². From the entryway, you enter the large kitchen with a dining area that seats up to 8 people. It’s the perfect place to spend time together. Past the modern bathroom—featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, two sinks, and a toilet—you’ll reach the living room. Make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa for a night of TV or games together. Starting in summer 2023, you’ll have access to the large balcony from here.
Three separate bedrooms and an additional living room offer plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. From the living room—which features a sleeper sofa and an additional TV—you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 180×200 double bed, closet space, and a reading chair. A room with two 90×200 single beds opens directly off the hallway.
During the renovation of this spacious, light-filled apartment in the old town hall of Cranzahl, special attention was paid to the use of natural materials and a comfortable indoor climate. Clay plaster on the walls, larch wood doors, and herringbone parquet flooring give the apartment its very special character.
The understated interior design makes extensive use of natural materials. Furniture made from reclaimed wood, imperfect one-of-a-kind pieces, minimalist decor, and natural colors define the “wabi-sabi” interior style.
We offer our guests keyless access to the apartment. Additional highlights include a modern entertainment system, 4K TVs, and Wi-Fi.
