Nice clean room, great location. Close to the beach. No hassle when we arrived at 1:30p, let us in the room. Overall, a great experience.

The place was tastefully decorated and clean. I loved the deck area. The location was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. There was a mildew smell that we didn't care for, but we after being in there we didn't notice it as much.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

While our stay was good, we have stayed here several times over the years and it is probably time to do some over all renovating of this property. You can definitely tell that is old and the smell in our room was that of like oldness. But overall we did get to relax.
