In the hamlet Baretuni 3 km from the centre of Barban, 20 km from the centre of Labin, 24 km from the centre of Rabac, 5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.2 km, supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, rocky beach 9 km. Marina 26 km, riding stable 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Familien freundliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Tagesausflüge an Strände in der Umgebung sind gut machbar. Freundliche Vermieterin

Wir waren zu zehnt mit Freunden in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin hat sich einige Stunden vor der Ankunft bei nochmals gemeldet wir wir das mit der Schlüsselübergabe regeln. Da wir aber Verkehrstechnisch viel Verspätung hatten legte sie den Schlüssel ab und kam zum Kaution abholen am nächsten Tag. Sie meldete sich unter der Woche auch nochmals wegen Müll und der Poolfeinigung. Alle Räume hatten eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das WLAN ist für 10 Personen akzeptabel. Gerne wieder!

Der perfekte Urlaub im perfekten Haus. Haus und Pool sind sauber und gepflegt. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Zum Meer etwa 6 bis 9km.
