La ubicacion.la ambilidad de la srta Lupe y el precio asequible.la t.v del salon moderna. Colchones viejos. Sofa en mal estado. Accesorios del baño incluyendo la griferia viejos .el bidet sin agua .el menaje de la cocina necesita cambiarse.En general necesita una inversion para su mejora.
