Modern house "La Perla del Mediterraneo", detached, built in 2016. 600 m from the centre of Cervo, 9 km from the centre of Imperia, 15 km from the centre of Alassio, on a slope, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 4.2 km, sandy beach "Andora" 6 km, rocky beach 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 22 km. Please note: main road 100 m from the property.

waren schon zum 2.mal, immer wieder. einfach traumhafte Lage, Meerblick , freundliche Vermieter

Der Meerblick ist außergewöhnlich. Auch war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Es fehlte Schon bei drei Personen an einer Sitzgelegenheit. Das kleine Sofa war keinesfalls ausreichend. Ich würde die Unterkunft maximal vier Personen empfehlen.
