Exquisite extremely clean and cozy home 25 minutes from the airport

Customer Service: we had issues with our original online reservation, which was assigned to the really nice apartment-hotel (single rooms) with the shared kitchen and living room spaces on each floor rather than the exclusive apartments. This matter was resolved with utmost urgency and cordial service and we were relocated. There's a lot of bad customer service in Nigeria, especially when something goes wrong or doesn't go as planned. The staff here were amazing and we got reaccommodated in the preferred property. Every issue or request that we made during our stay was addressed immediately. The place and the apartment we relocated to are very clean and in excellent conditions and housekeeping was prompt and professional. I will stay in any Precious Pavilion property again without hesitation.

This property is in an excellent location, with easy connections to major areas of the city. It is also nice and clean, and customer service is top notch. Note that this particular location is an apartment-hotel where reservations are per room rather than the entire apartment. There's a total of four rooms on various floors, with nice and large shared living room spaces and kitchen on each floor. They have a separate property closeby that's exclusively 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I'll stay with this host again in the future.
